What verification does not mean
Verification does not mean a professional is licensed to perform brokerage, lending, legal, tax, securities, appraisal, or investment-advisory activities unless that specific credential and jurisdiction have been separately verified. Advisory sessions and deal reviews never guarantee returns or outcomes.
