1. The service

OperatorBridge is a marketplace that connects investors with independent real estate operators, mentors, consultants, and operators for educational advisory and operational deal reviews. OperatorBridge is not a brokerage, lender, investment fund, securities marketplace, appraisal service, or investment-advisory platform.

2. No advice relationship

Advisory sessions and deal reviews are educational and operational in nature. No attorney-client, brokerage, appraisal, fiduciary, lending, tax, or investment-advisory relationship is created. Nothing on the platform is an offer to buy or sell securities or a guarantee of returns or outcomes.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The platform collects payment and routes the professional's entitlement after fulfillment. Platform commission is disclosed at checkout.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you submit. Content may be moderated. Reviewed content must not contain unsupported claims, guaranteed outcomes, or fabricated credentials.

5. Governing terms

These terms are placeholder templates pending legal review, including jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and marketplace-facilitator tax treatment.
