Data we collect

Account details, profile information, booking and deal-review information you submit, private documents you upload, messages within engagements, and payment metadata. Full card data is never stored on our servers; it is handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, process payments, deliver services, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Private deal documents are visible only to you, your assigned professional, authorized support with a valid case, and administrators under case-based permission.

Retention

Legally and financially relevant records are retained and are not cascade-deleted. Account deletion requests deactivate accounts and schedule deletion subject to retention obligations.

Your choices

You can manage notification preferences and request access or deletion of your data from account settings.
